"Very nice hotel with great staff. They set up the rooms for us to celebrate our honeymoon which was amazing. The lobby is inside a mall, which was weird at first but we found great as we had access to a nice grocery store and other shops like a pharmacy and restaurants. The lobby area is nice and big, and also covered which is nice when it rained. The location is great, if you can handle walking in the humid heat, walking to the KLCC area is only 15-20 minutes. Grabbing a Grab car to get around...

"Waking up to the view of the Petronas Twin Towers, surrounded by forests of skyscrapers and at night, seeing the KLCC fountain show and reflections of the Petronas Towers on the Four Seasons hotel. That was my defining feature of this hotel. The city of Kuala Lumpur, sadly is not a very walkable city, at least not in the area around KLCC.
