Its a good hotel but lacks customer service in the area of providing in room facilities due to staff shortage maybe. Have to keep on asking towels, in room amenities. Other than that nearby area is convenience for walk around & many dinning options to choose.

The service is a bit slow. We had to bring our luggage on our own. The washing machine was not working so went to a laundromat close by. They request cash for deposit and taxes which I found odd since most places do credit card these days

Higher end but still a Ramada! Wonderful outdoor infinity pool--large and shaded. Adequate gym, but only one weight machine. Breakfast with mostly Asian food and interesting. Try not to get a room near the elevator.

Beautiful property with an amazing city view and comfortable bed. Only complaint is my towel had a stain and the couch had rips it in. It was very pretty and the staff were friendly! Great value, I'd stay here again!

An excellent property with transport and lots of dining options within walking distance. Stunning city views from balcony and pool area. Friendly staff and amazing breakfast each day. Room was very spacious with cooking facilities. MRT (Bukit Bintang) and monorail within a few minutes walk. Within 10 minute walk to Berjaya Times Square shopping mall.
