Ingrid and Michael (owners/managers?) and the head housekeeper Slady each went out of their way to be friendly and welcoming. "Just came back from a fabulous trip to this hotel. Lovely and clean and very well maintained- we were half board and the food was delicious and beautifully presented - they accommodated all our meal requests (we were 2 pescatarians and 2 non red meat eaters) so happily - as if it wasn’t an effort at all. Spa was lovely and we enjoyed the sauna steam thoroughly after we finished skiing for the day. It’s a quiet place so no nightlife, but it still suited us. Ski bus just around the side of hotel...

"Booked the property by accident 18 hours before check in and called to ask if I could cancel. They said no. So we went anyway and found the staff unwelcoming and the room faulty in a few small areas. "

"We liked the property, however they say it’s a non-smoking place but they have ashtrays on the balconies and all of our neighbors smoked! It was terrible bc we’d have to close our balcony door and it was hot. Also there is no a/c nor fans :( "
