"I had an amazing stay at Kanemidori. The ryokan is centrally located and the building and rooms are in great condition. The service was amazing from check-in and even after checking out-- the ryokan will offer to hold your luggage after checking out if you wanted to do more sightseeing before leaving town. I loved the rotenburo-- the onsen is kept clean and very relaxing. I wished I had an opportunity to partake on their meal plan but Hotels.com didn't offer that option when reserving the room."
