"Hotel was beautiful with geat pool Staff is very noce and helpful. Superb buffet breakfast. Only problem we had was room intercom was not working so anytime we needed something we have to go to reception which was a bit away or find aome staff outside. Location is right in middle of Kuta. But Kuta itself is not a great place to stay. "
