"Very nice and modern hotel. Has a particular vibe that may not be for everybody, but is thoughtfully designed and the in-room tub is so nice. Dinner was included in the fee which I didn’t realize and was nice, even though it was nothing special. Attentive service, sometimes too much. Lost a star because the thermostat doesn’t go lower than 23 degrees, which I found hot and uncomfortable. "Hotel is in a busy street, parking is a block away. No space to take luggage from your car. No help. Staff was rude when I asked for parking. They gave me a smoking room when my reservation was for a non smoking … they ignored me when I showed my reservation and lied that my room was non smoking when the smell was strong. Not recommend it."
