They went above and beyond to make our family feel welcome, including offering us a complimentary dinner on our last night at a restaurant of our choosing. We loved having Manoa Arenal be our home base for our 3 days in La Fortuna! The grounds were beautiful, staff lovely, hot springs relaxing and quiet. We will absolutely stay there again when we go back to the area. Conveniently located to all the excursions we did.

Loved everything about our stay! The staff were so nice and helpful. The breakfast has so many options for everyone and is very good. We had dinner at the sushi place and main restaurant, both were excellent. Even though the hotel was sold out it did not feel like that at all. We had some of the hot spring pools to our selves, which was so nice after hiking and exploring the area.

We stayed here for Spring break for 3 nights.. Staff is amazing and very friendly. Dining options for vegetarian food are minimal.. Breakfast was very good.. Nice private pools and springs! If we are coming back will definitely stay here again. Maria at reception was very helpful and nice. She made sure that everything in our room is nice and clean.. They surprised us for our anniversary and did special decorations in room to make it very special.
