"From start to finish it was as perfect as it always is. Reception staff, catering staff, cleaning and other staff so polite and helpful. Accomodation was excellent and we enjoyed the entertainment and great food. Ideally placed for us as golfers too, with wonderful coastal walk just a few minutes away. "We had a good time in the quiet end of Los Cristianos.The apartment was spacious and well laid out with a view over the pool to the sea. Check in was efficient, they let us in when we arrived an hour early which was helpful. The pool was lovely. The beds and pillows were a bit hard for us, but overall it was a very good stay."

"Brilliant stay at the hard rock hotel. 3 pools to choose from, manage to get a lounger no problem. Breakfast was brilliant and you could get a mimosa as you came in to breakfast which was a nice touch. We enjoyed the singers that were on in the evenings, particularly the Queen tribute band. This hotel is a bit further out but we got a taxi for about 22 euros into las americas one night. Check out staff were helpful and stored our luggage and let us keep the towel card until we were leaving. On check in they tried to charge us but we had already paid on Expedia, the manager sorted this and said it was an error on their systems, worth having your booking confirmation handy in case of any issues. We loved our stay! "
