"We booked this hotel at the last minute for a long weekend getaway in Provence. While we didn't really need the amenities of a residence hotel (kitchen, laundry, etc), I could see how it would be a great advantage for people staying for a week, particularly with families. For our needs, the hotel was well-situated, comfortable and clean. The receptionist was charming, with many good ideas for restaurants and activities in the area. "My stay was horrible. I did not know that there was no air conditioning. I tried to speak to the management to allow us to cancel part of the stay and move to another hotel. They were very unfriendly and unhelpful. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Also the rooms were very dirty. "
