"Comunicación fue excelente, muy atenta, quizás el único inconveniente es que vinimos en época de lluvia, y como VIP amenities, estábamos supuestos a recibir parqueo, desafortunadamente el parqueo no fue en el edificio, y movernos con tanta lluvia y tantas maletas pues si fue un inconveniente. "A chegada já é complicada: não tem nenhuma placa do hotel ou indicação de onde é a entrada (que é apenas uma porta). O quarto (e todo o resto do hotel) é muito simples e básico, e não é novo.
