"Great location and amenities. Friendly staff. Shopping across the street and food trucks next door. A short walk to north end of beach walk. Only downsides were the small beach (but close enough to other larger ones) and it is not as new as other resorts. We had an incredible vacation and really enjoyed our stay. I recommend this hotel. "

"Amazing and room 319 was gorgeous ! Everyone was so nice , loved the full kitchen. Our friends were in a much bigger and busier place called the Westin and we lived ours better! Very easy check in and loved the trolley pick up."

"Nice property, with good access to the beach, but I don't think we will go to this facility again. The staff were not polite. We had to wait for 15 minutes to check in to the resort, although there was no line. There was only 1 person at the check in desk at 2 PM in the middle of the day, who was on the phone while totally ignoring us and keeping us waiting. There are only 2 restaurants, with no options for fine dining, restaurant food is overpriced and very average. We had to walk to another...

"Our vacation was wonderful but beware that there is NO AIR CONDITIONING at this resort. With the placement of our room we did not get any breeze through the windows either. So it made it very hot in our room. We had a hard time sleeping because we couldn’t cool down. Because of this we wouldn’t stay here again. If that doesn’t bother you, than it was wonderful. "Best view ever! Loved to be as close to the water as possible and 40 feet is great. The carpet needs replacing and the unit is old. But I was fine with that. Was out walking and snorkeling most of the time. "

"I stayed 6 nights in the Napili Tower. The room was very comfortable and clean. It has a small kitchenette area with a sink, dishes, small fridge. The property has so much to offer with multiple pools, shops, food and bar options. There is a laundry facility onsite that was very nice with lots of free machines and a lounge. Self-parking had limited space, but valet parking was a good alternative for almost the same cost. Overall, it was a great stay and a wonderful property!"
