the aircon or ventilation is not working well. before we go sleep our room can smell coming in the smell of cigarettes. but i like how the free parking when you check in. and also near only bu the fremont place

I called in advance and they gave me a room close to Fremont Street that had all night long loud music! The bathroom and door opening made it horrible to get in and out the bathroom. The room is old, shutting the door in the hallway sure could be heard inside the room. This is the first hotel I stayed not provides water and coffee/tea in the room, though the Las Vegas is doing this! Then, what’s the value left to the hotel? Similarly, we were asked to pay for the resort fees for those we never used, for example the swimming pool not opens in the winter but we paid for using it!

Very friendly front desk personnel, valet attendants, housekeepers, security and hotel staff. They solved problems and answered our questions seamlessly and with aloha. Dining options in the hotel were perfect for our family needs from toddler age to grandparent age. Food choices included something for everyone and in a price range from modest to more deluxe.
