"We had a great experience at New York New York. We had a great room with an amazing view. It was crazy watching the roller coaster go by our room. The staff was very friendly and very helpful. The only problems that we had was that the tub drain was slow and the toilet flapper wouldn't always seat tight. Minor problems that they were happy to fix right away. I can't wait to stay there again. "

"The cleanliness of the room was not the best. All of the furniture had a coat of dust on it. There’s only a master switch by the door for the lights and no access to turning them off and on within the room. When you’re in bed, the only way to turn the lights off is to get out of bed, which is very crazy in my opinion, Also, the bulbs on the night reading lights were burned out."
