"The hotel is in a good location, walkable to bars and restaurants and the reception team were excellent. The hotel rooftop top bar served good cocktails and decent food. The rooftop pool was a nice addition but I wish the hotel upheld their rule of not allowing beds to be reserved with towels as it's a small area. "This hotel was excellent. The room and facilities were excellent and we would definitely stay again. However, we had terrible difficulty getting on the wi-fi. We asked on numerous occasions how to access the wi-fi at reception and eventually on the third occasion we were given the password and got on easily and really not sure why we were not given this when we first asked. This was a big problem for us as we had our 14 year old grandaughter with us and she was really unhappy with no wi-fi....

"Globalmente muy bien. Buena comida, fantástica localización y ambientación. Ahora bien, las habitaciones un poco mejorables: subía olor del sumidero en el baño, haciendo que la habitación entera tuviese mal olor; también me quedé con el picaporte de la puerta del baño en la mano un par de veces. El resto, todo bien, aunque teniendo en cuenta el precio (+300€/noche) esas cosas no tendrían que ocurrir. "

"Had a great stay. Loved top floor duplex suite with both roof terrace and balcony. Would definitely return. Only negative was no kettle or tea/coffee making facilities in room. And a lack of toiletries in bathroom. Room came with only 2 tiny hand soaps and a shower gel. "
