"Had a town 10 mins away with cute bakery and food options . Our stay was comfortable. We got to see northern lights 2 out 3 nights of our stay from the backyard . Good location to golden circle . "Really interesting lodging! Beautuful viewing tower for seeing surnise, sunset, and northern lights. "This is a cute room to rent on a quiet farm. The only thing I would suggest is update some of the pictures of the actual building. We were confused when we arrived because the building we were staying in didn't look like any of the advertised pictures so we weren't sure if we were in the right place. Thankfully, they had signs guiding us to the right building. Also, we weren't fussy but some people may not be happy staying in an apartment attached to a farm garage. "

The restaurant was apparently undergoing a management change when we were there, so it is understandable that the meal was a bit chaotic. Quiet charming hotel

"The hotel was great. It is a remote location and it was the middle of the winter, so I think we might have been the only people in the hotel. We chose it because we wanted to be near Thingvellir and Gullfoss. The service and food was was excellent and I would not hesitate to stay there again. There is a natural spa nearby too. "
