We paid extra for river view and we had about a 3 foot view of the river. The rest was the parking lot. Don’t think we should be paying extra when this is false advertising.

The check in time was so long they had two customers service representative they was both very so it me about 30 minutes to get check in. I was also double charged, I pre-paid prior to arrival the representative confirmed that In still charged me for additional night. Which Expedia called in had the charges refunded to me when i checked out.

Little security, anyone can take an elevator to your floor. Bed was very uncomfortable. It was nice to have a nonsmoking floor. Limited lunch places or places to watch a game. Room was clean but dated.

We were initially put on the 3rd floor. The room smelled like sewage so we called down to the front desk to report it. We were told it would be taken care of, but when we returned to the room after a few hours in the casino it still smelled. When we called to the front desk they said they would send someone with a key to a different room. When the person arrived, she mentioned they shouldn't put people on the 3rd floor since they have to move so many people due to the smell. Why put people on that floor in the first place?!?! The 10th floor smelled fine but the rooms have seen better days but not too bad. Security, cleaning, and other staff very friendly.
