Perfectly fine budget casino hotel. It’s funny they keep saying due to unforeseen circumstances your room cannot get serviced for short stays. Been saying that for about three years! It’s a shame they don’t have a fridge in the room, especially given the warm weather. The casino itself is rather dated also, but that makes it feel like a historic 1970s feel to go with the nearby Route 66

The room was super reasonable so can't complain very much. The room was clean but definitely no frills. If you need a hair dryer you best bring your own. I was scheduled for a two night stay but got a emergency call to get home. The people were very gracious and refunded my money for the second night. Very much appreciated!

Before booking this $35/night hotel, consider this: it’s unsanitary and misrepresented in photos. The rooms are filthy with stained sheets and towels, dirt on walls, and an unclean shower with no hot water. The furniture and decor don’t match the advertised modern look, and basic amenities vary—our room had a coffee machine that smelled terrible, a mini fridge, and a drawer of trash and needles. The “casino” is just slot machines, and the on-site restaurant felt too unhygienic to try. The pool isn’t heated, and the hot tub, which has jets so strong you can’t sit near them, had visible black grime along the edges with “CLEAN IT” carved into it. The hotel itself is in disrepair, with sagging plywood walkways and mandatory room inspections by private security every three days. Housekeeping is unavailable most of the time. While the river view is nice, you can’t enjoy it without sacrificing privacy. This hotel meets the low expectations of a $35 price tag but fails basic cleanliness and safety standards. Drive further to find a better option.

The staff was great. I got a renovated room and it looks so much better than before. Bed was comfortable. Good water pressure in the shower. It is not a 5 star property, but exceeded my expectations.

For the price was just ok. You get what you pay for. Beware to anyone using a Hotel booking app for this place. The hotel will also charge you each night stay, even after you have paid for it on the hotel booking site. Watch when you check in they charge more than the deposit amount.

Old and in need of major upgrade. Room was clean but no amenities. Front desk staff very nice. Bird poop and trash on the plywood exterior walk ways outside rooms. Will not stay here again.

It was just a really bad place to stay with a disabled person. I requested an ADA room with 2 queen beds. I know they have them and instead they put us in a room with no parking access, under the stairs that go up to the next level. No channel guide for the TV stations. They could at least print it out on a piece of paper. Called the front desk at 7:43 pm and no one answered the phone. While checking in at about 7:00 pm, I asked to speak with a manager and there was not on site for me to talk to. The two ladies at the front desk were less then helpful. We will never stay there again. Laughlin has a lot of hotels to stay at and you would think they would do a better job of trying for return business
