"Great location and friendly staff. I was very jetlagged from California and got great sleep here - great blackout curtains and quiet area but close to Hyde park and great cafes. Hotel is not newly renovated like others have mentioned but it is extremely well taken care of and cozy inside. "

"Amazing location right near Victoria station. Hotel has a gorgeous lobby. Older historic building but very well kept up. Rooms were recently renovated, spacious, and nice. No noise as the walls are soundproof. Would definately stay here again. "

"Great spot for a solo trip to London. Super cozy - the whole vibe of the hotel is to promote sleep, so the rooms are minimal and focus on your comfort and the lighting. For being in the middle of Piccadilly Circus, it was incredibly quiet. As a mom of two young kids, it was a much-needed city break in a cozy bed with uninterrupted sleep! Staying in a central location was great - close to the tube and a lovely walk toward any part of the city!"
