"Great amenities and location was very good, but almost everyday for the week we were there house keeping would forget to give us towels or top up the toilet paper so we had to call to request these things. Blinds in the bathroom don't close so if you're with friends keep that in mind. The pools were a highlight and hotel is kept clean."

"A traditional Balinese style hotel complex with a beautiful garden. The service was fantastic and the location is very central. Once you set foot on the complex you feel like you are somewhere completely else then in the middle of Kuta/Legian.. The owners and staff are as all Balinese people very friendly. We had a beautiful room with outdoor shower and bath. The rooms got cleaned every day incl the bed sheets. Very nice swimming pool. The breakfast was basic but good. For people that expect it...

"There's a reason it's the cheapest you can find. There's so much mould and dirt in the rooms, if I were trying to assassinate an enemy via lung issues I'd ask them to stay here ) I spent 15 minutes inspecting the bed for bed bugs cause there was so much dirt I wasn't sure if the flecks were bugs or not.( obviously the sheets aren't cleaned or changed between guests) The walls are black in common movement areas.( they've been painted a white / cream colour) Not that I cared but the TV was broken...
