"Great place! The staff was very friendly and helpful and the front desk guy spoke English which we really appreciated. The breakfast is okay...not great but not bad--and it's included in the price so no complaints there. Beware this hotel is on the hill so you will need to drive or walk a bit to get back and forth from town but the view is killer so it's worth it."

"Didnt enjoy queing for 1 hour to collect sheets and check in then having to walk back 5 mins to hotel with everything inc luggage. Double trundle bed could only be made up as 2 singles and no top sheet... had to sleep next to blankets that werent laundered. Great position in town. Nice view. "

Hotel room was large but the ensuite was behind a sliding door so unfortunately you can hear and smell everything that is coming from the toilet! "Immediately welcoming on our first day. All staff very helpful. Accommodated different food preferences for our son. Evening meal was at 7:45pm - which was quite late for us. I think this varies depending upon what groups come in. Ski equipment hire on site - although we used the shop next door. It was a good fair price for a 2 star hotel. Just what we needed"

Wonderful Stay

"Really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It’s super convenient to have all the facilities under the same roof. Ski hire, lockers, swimming pool, restaurant, pool table, bar and even the ski lift is Less than a minute walk away. Indoor and outdoor pool is pretty special, the only thing missing is a jacuzzi. Food and drink at the hotel was always something to look forward to and being all inclusive really helped to keep costs reasonable. Special mention goes to the hotel staff who were really helpful and friendly. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay. "

"First, what is in the name - imagine someone who raved hard in Ibiza in the 90s - and what they would look like now - that would be a pretty accurate description of facilities. Still hip, but worn by time. If a bit of shabbiness around the edges bothers you, look elsewhere. In all other respects - a great find. Stayed for a week-long ski vacation in a group of 30 people, had half-board included - excellent food, very friendly staff, easy 2 minute shuttle ride to the Diablo lift (or 10 minute walk). Big lounge area to hang out after dinner, and a big separate play area for kids and teens to entertain themselves."
