"The bathroom was nasty. The staff was rude."

"I booked a room in this hotel because of the free shuttle to the airport. My flight arrived at 11:59 pm and I was told that the shuttle to the airport only runs until midnight. They should inform about the limited shuttle hours in advance. It was too late to cancel to get a refund so I had to take a lift. Otherwise all fine."

"Needed a place to stop and rest, price was extremely reasonably, room was big and clean, i didn't get to check out the pool area, but it looked really nice. "

"What a great hotel!!! We had a wonderful visit. The accommodations stellar, so eclectic, loved the design. The staff was fantastic!! Everyone from the front desk who greeted us with a smile each time we went by, to the bartender who made us an herbal tea and an espresso when we got in after the restaurant was closed, to the charming server who served our breakfast. And last but not least Edward who picked us up from the airport and was kind enough to drop us at the zoo. He was extremely courteous and so knowledgeable about the area. Many thanks!"
