Everything was great about the hotel, customer service was patient with me, the heater in my room wasn’t working they offered to give me a new room or portable heater. All the amenities came with the hotel. Food was amazing, whenever I’m back in London this is where I’m staying. The location is very convenient as well.

The location is perfect, just a short walk from the Victoria underground station, making it easy to explore the city. A heartfelt thank you to Dan at the front desk, who truly made my stay unforgettable. After a long flight from Canada, his warm smile and exceptional service were just what I needed. He ensured a seamless check-in and check-out process, answered all my questions with care, and even offered wonderful tips about the city. This hotel is conveniently located near the Victoria station, just down the block. Trains and underground are accessible. Across the street from the station is the Victoria theater showing Wicked. Going the other way from the hotel are many restaurants, bars, and a nice grocery store. The breakfast that comes with our reservation was as good as any cruise ship offerings. The room was more than adequate with a lovely, nicely updated bathroom. We loved staying there and will again when in London.

I did not like that we had a member of staff knocking at the door at 8:10am saying it was showing we had checked out. We had early breakfast then went to rest more but was woken when they almost entered the room until I shouted out to stop them. Check out was at 12:00 so we more time.
