"The location of this property is excellant, being in the heart of the historical Bogside neighbourhood of Derry. Likewise, it's walkable from the bus station, close to key points of interest and there are plenty of very good pubs and eating venues nearby. Or check-in was a bit slow, but service otherwise was excellant, especially the cheery ladies at breakfast. Overall, the breakfast was very good. As for facilities, everything you need is available either in your room or in the common areas. The building itself is typical of Bogside, but has been expanded and looks better maintained than its neighbours. Overall, we found it to be excellant value for money. "

"Would definitely recommend this boutique hotel where there are no room numbers, just names of rooms using local landmarks. Lisa at check-in was great with a world of knowledge about the city. We walked the old defensive wall at her suggestion and really liked the views from the 1 km walk. They serve you a glass of bubbly (tasted like Proseco) upon check-in. There is a lift which is a plus. We made dinner reservations at their restaurant and it was excellent and the service was great. Prior to that we went and had a drink in their bar located in the basement. Again, great service. The included breakfast the next morning was top notch with the 2 women having omelets and I had scrambled eggs with smoked salmon with a toast/jam selection and coffee/fresh squeezed orange juice. You will find nothing wrong with this charming hotel located right downtown. Oh, I forgot that we had a car and there is a very reasonably priced car park that Lisa pointed out only 3 blocks away. Made it easy to leave the car."

"This is a gem for visiting Derry - just steps from all major sights yet offers parking and roomy guestroom. Teresa's check-in welcome was brilliant for how to see the city without moving the car or wandering aimlessly, a true timesaver. To be so close to everything and able to run out quickly was amazing in such a busy and congested area for drivers. CH facilitates a wonderful stay in Derry. Highly recommend walking the walls and visiting the Craft Village and Tower Museum within."
