"Comfortable stay & convenient location but if you’re a solo female walking back from the station to the hotel, the route can be a bit stressful as there are young folks on motorbikes with roaring engines near the university area. Extremely convenient though for the trains & buses & very near to the lake & town. "An excellent hotel. The rooms were spacious. Staff where excellent and went the extra mile. The breakfast was excellent. Lots to choose from and they would prepare eggs however you would like it on top of the buffet. Service at the breakfast was excellent."

"My go to hotel in Lucerne. It's extremely close to the train station, the Chapel Bridge, and old town. The staff is friendly and the hotel is always well maintained. I wish breakfast was included or a more affordable price point if it's not, but otherwise it's a great spot."
