"Check in was a little disappointing. Original 3rd floor room replaced with 2nd floor even though paid extra for upgrade. Champagne wasn't in room for the surprise arrival or bags. Apparently in level 3 room. So took the ambience & celebration out of the special event. One can not take back the memory. Was very disappointed in receptions attitude as well, even when tipped. "The property is devine when it comes to keeping heritage, the room was accomodating for 3 women, althugh 2 of us shared a big bed. Parking was easy. Staff are nice. Room was clean. i would stay again its walking distance to the convent and main street shopping"
