Everything was amazing. This hotel is more like a 5* hotel instead of 4. Mohammed, Makbul and Babul along with other housekeeping staff were phenomenal too. Prophet’s Mosque is within walking distance of 5 mins. We got a free upgrade to the haram view room too. Breakfast had a lot of variety and was delicious.

We loved our stay in this hotel. All the amenities arr impeccable. Location is superb - there is masjed of Omar bin Hattab, and a few min walk to prophet's (pbuh) mosque. Some people left a comment about the stiffness of beds. But it is what we loved a lot about the room, they reminded me orthopedic beds. Also, i could relate the feeling with the comfort that our prophet had when he was sleeping on his bed. It is a very special feeling if you know the story of the prpphet's life. The reception staff was so kind: i had to go to Rawda and needed to have my child be taken care of as i was a sole traveller with a small kid. Abdulilaziz (i hope im not misspelling his name) was so considerete and undarstanding that agreed to look after him while i was visiting Rawda. I was so touched qith kindness and profeasionalism of the staff. This experience definitely was rewarding. We alao loved the gum with my son which is open 24/7. They had clean towels, bottles in there. The only suggestion would be to add some desinfecting wipes to use after the use of equipment. I wish and hope to be back here again. Plus, breakfasts were in a restaurant overlooking the Haram mosque with picteresque sunrise. It was unforgettable! May this place be blessed.

Incredible and fairly new built or renovated hotel! Everything looks and feels clean, fresh and brand new! Literally steps from the holy Masjid Al Nabawi outer gates 309-310. Very convenient to attend the prayers and do all the worshiping! Also tons of shopping and restaurants around in a short walking distance. Staff is very friendly and helpful! Great breakfast buffet with a view of the Al Haram is unbearable! We loved it! Also the food at the breakfast is very upscale dining! Top notch hotel! Would definitely recommend and stay again!

There was a mix-up at the check-in desk where they informed me that my reservation was not in the system. When I provided my reservation number, they discovered that someone else had already checked in under my name. I waited for about 15-20 minutes while they tried to resolve the issue. During this time, I contacted Expedia customer service, and eventually, I was able to check in.

"My experience at this hotel was completely unsatisfactory. Upon arrival, check-in took a long time, and the front desk staff were unhelpful. The room was not as clean as expected, and there was an unpleasant odor. Additionally, the services provided were subpar, as the air conditioner that was broken was not repaired throughout my stay. Unfortunately, I did not enjoy my time here and hope that the level of service improves in the future."
