"Good Service Amidst Renovation Challenges We recently stayed at the hotel and had a mixed experience due to some unforeseen circumstances, but we still appreciated the efforts of the hotel staff to make our stay as comfortable as possible. "Elna at the front desk was so helpful and accommodating throughout the week. All the staff is friendly and helpful. Property nicely maintained. Our room needs a thorough scrub down especially in the bathroom. The corners appear dirty. Room smells musty. They brought a dehumidifier and also cleaned the ac unit which helped. "

"Wonderful place and wonderful staff. The hotel is well kept and seems still new. The room was large and the patio and well were lovely being both private and with great views. The staff were lovely especially Cindy and Lucianna who made the restaurant perfect and spoilt our 6 year old. Only negative was a few small mosaic tiles missing around the pool."
