Everyone was friendly, the pools were amazing, the grounds were always maintained and kept clean and our room was always made up and spotless. All of them - the groundskeeper, the spa staff, front desk, breakfast staff, beach security, lifeguard, housekeeping, the guide and drivers of the shuttle, etc, a big thank you for making our vacation so memorable. "This is our second time staying here and we’re glad we did! We had plenty of options as far as accommodations but we based our decision from our past experience and this won’t be the last. You can’t beat the exceptional service from the staff who goes above and beyond for you. A few hours before our departure from Caticlan, we were informed the ship canceled the scheduled sailing. We had a very important family event to attend and Chris from guest services made sure we’re able to get a ride/speed boat to take us to our destination.
