For the past 3 years this has been our family’s hotel of choice mainly due to the staff and how friendly and helpful they are especially during breakfast. This time around the staff hardly paid attention to you. We had to get up and get our own utensils, condiments coffee and water. Or wait for a long time to get someone to acknowledge us. It’s usually not a problem for us to get it but 9 times out of 10 there was no water, no coffee etc. On the other hand the front desk staff, security, bell staff were amazing as usual! They went out of their way to meet our needs and treated us like family. B Hotel will always be our home away from home but hope the breakfast staff is better next time around.

Stayed for 5 days before my flight to Bali. Loved the ambiance, the masculine aesthetic of the spacious room, the friendly staff, the buffet breakfast (wish more fresh fruits were served though).
