I did not get the room i booked for as shown in the ad. very pleasant staff except the security guards are rude and not helpful. housekeeping is good. kitchenete not well equiped. garbage room stinks.

Clean and functional.
Location was good. Clean accommodation. Only towels and bedding supplied with one sachet of shampoo. Could be a bit better. Reception crowded with people just hanging about.

部屋の掃除が3日に一度しかない。それも依頼しないと来ません。掃除の時は部屋に居ないといけないからその間は外に出れません。時間も守られず何時に来るか分からない。シーツを交換してくれない。台所の下が水漏れでカビ臭い。フェイスタオルが無い。とにかく要求しないと何もしてくれない。トイレットペーパーも言わないとくれない。時計が壊れているから明日交換すると言ったが12日間滞在して結局交換してくれなかった。トイレが詰まっても対応が遅いので自分で道具を買って直した。とにかく最悪。二度と使いたくないです。
