"This was my first time in Amsterdam and Room mate Aitana made it all the better. The room was clean, comfortable (plenty pillows) spacious. The staff were friendly and awesome. From this hotel Amsterdam central station was walking distance and so was the food options etc. Will be staying there again next time I’m back "

"Although Hotels.com cancelled my reservation from the hotel instead of showing me as a no-show for late check-in, hotel staff was extremely helpful for finding a solution at the spot. I might not have a place to stay if it wasn't for their incredible kindness to offer me one of the available rooms. I'm terribly sorry that I forgot her name but If i remember correctly Mariana(The hotel manager) is one of the nicest people you can find around Amsterdam. Thanks to her and other crew members for their kindness and helpfullness. In addition you can rent a bike from the hotel also, so that was a great plus for me. Once again thanks to everyone who made me feel welcomed"
