Our arrival to Napili Kai was quick, easy, and efficient. Jalin was efficient and accomodating. I asked if we could get a 3rd room and the third room located near our ocean front 2 bedroom and our other studio and she delivered. It was awesome. Very quiet, relaxing, and clean.
