"The house was beautiful with wonderful sea views and very well kept and homely. Quality room. Location was mixed as very close to the blowhole attraction, one small Beach with coral and over longer bay with quiet waves; however it's a long way from a supermarket, bus stop or restaurant and up some rocky steps uphill which was difficult for my partner who was using crutches. "Beautiful hotel with stunning views. The staff were attentive and the food was delicious. There was so much to do - yoga, meditation, beach, pool, painting, pottery, movies etc. We were sad we could only stay for 2 nights!"

"Very nice and very quiet chalet on a deserted beach. The location is literally on the beach. Ideal if you want tranquility. Just the sound of the waves! Our host was excellent and helped us with information we needed. There is a good restaurant next door and the Waves will provide good dinners at reasonable cost if you give them warning (as everything is freshly cooked). "

"Amazing stay, even extended twice. The service is second to none, everything is no problem. From the amazing view of the sea to all the varied wildlife in the grounds, posse of monkeys visit every day drinking from the pool and generally being monkeys to peacocks, a mongoose, frogs, all the birds. Nick the owner is a friendly chap and clearly set the ethos of this place and is always around to help if needed. Kalpa and Umesh (managers) are great, absolute credit to the place. "If you are looking for a dose of peace & quiet, this is it. Long empty beaches, palm trees, the occasional monkey, orchids in the garden. The staff was very friendly. There are only 12 rooms, so theres a familiar feel in staying here. The rooms and grounds were very clean. The view from my room was spectacular. The things that could be improved: i found the mattress to be uncomfortable. The onsite restaurant was good, but not excellent. I sure wish they would provide a water dispenser with...

"Very friendly family service. Great location for beach - 2-3 min walk. Lots of great restaurants around, especially on beach. Next to road, so easy to get tuktuk. Comprehensive convenience shop 4 min walk. Lovely pool with outdoor shower. A/C kept room at nice temperature, with ceiling fan. Family room had two double beds and we had a cot, so family of five well-suited. Room cleaned every 3 days. Malee cooked us lovely hoppers, dal and sambal for breakfast, whilst the children loved fresh...
