"Rooms were very clean and bed comfortable however bathroom very small and dated with mold on the ceiling - wardrobe non existent and no power points by the bed making it difficult to charge phones by bed - great location "

"Ms Karyna was very professional in the delivery of service. I was actually exhausted, but she allowed me to check in early. As a previous Financial Controller of a 5 star hotel, I welcome this idea of flexibility. I doubt the other staff would have been as accomodative as Ms Karyna. Well done girl! Will be back!"
