"This hotel is in a great location for us first time visitors to Buenos Aires, a couple of blocks from Recoleta Cemetery and the meeting place for many tours. The front desk staff were very pleasant and helpful with advice and arrangements for taxis, around town, and for reliable transport to the airport. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. "Not ready for business travelers. The iron board is very small and the iron cord about 3 feet so useless. I could not iron my shirt for a business meeting. Also, requested a late check out and only the same day was able to answer me if yes or not it was available. They need to get up to speed for business travelers. "

"The grounds are absolutely beautiful! The hotel itself is old and needs some maintenance. The restaurant was great for dinner and they have incredible coffee. The staff went above & beyond! My spouse was sick and needed medication and they arranged a taxi pickup and found us a safe pharmacy and had the transportation fully arranged."
