The hotel is sleek, modern, and thoughtfully designed, offering a perfect blend of comfort and style. The rooms are incredibly spacious, almost like mini-apartments, with a chic industrial vibe—exposed brick walls, tasteful decor, and high ceilings. My room even had a kitchenette, which was super convenient for a longer stay. The location is unbeatable. Nestled in the heart of Condesa, it’s just a short walk to countless incredible restaurants, bars, and cafes offering everything from authentic tacos to gourmet dining. Plus, it’s only about a 15-minute walk to Bosque de Chapultepec, where you can explore museums and green spaces. For those with cars, the secure underground parking was a huge plus—safe and easily accessible. Despite being so central, the hotel is tucked on a quiet street, making it a peaceful escape from the bustling city. The staff at AR 218 were friendly and attentive, always eager to help with recommendations or anything else I needed. I also loved the small but lovely café next door for a morning coffee before heading out to explore.

Perfect location, friendly staff and a beautiful roof terrace. Less good was the cleaning schedule: we often came back around 3/4 pm and the room was not yet done. Very comfortable bed but overall the interiors could do with an update.

The hotel is well located in a safe and fun neighborhood in Mexico City. The rooms are large and offer additional amenities like Michetti’s and sitting areas. Wonderful service from the employees.

This hotel was the absolute best for our stay in Mexico City. Not only was it a safe & quiet area, but it was also close to restaurants that were within walking distance. The front staff was so helpful, they let us drop our luggage off early and kept it safe until check-in. Them having security 24 hours a day was also great for peace of mind. It also never hurts to have a Starbucks connected! Will definitely be staying here again!

This hotel is in a great neighborhood with lots of close dining options. The room layout was comfortable and different with a full glass wall giving it a bright and open feel. The staff was always helpful. I loved that there was free laundry. The only request I would have is better bathroom lighting or a makeup mirror. Would definitely stay again!

Nice hotel at a lovely and safe CDMX area, we had a 4 night stay at room R35 BUT please read. - If you have any issues, the hotel's web page online chat, and emails and phone calls to hotel management are a waste of time. Talk to the front desk hotel employees (not to the security guard) - The two room AC units stopped working on the 2nd night - The room's refrigerator runs but it does not work at all - There is a plumbling issue with the batroom's sink and shower drain pipes traps. Along the day the bathroom drain traps make odd noises that causes the batroom to periodically have a foul smell. This happends all day long! I doubt we will I come back to stay at this hotel but it is worth to give it a try BUT... make sure you do not stay in room R35!

Good sized apartment. Service was spotty - replaced one towel only once during our 4-night stay. Booking included a bottle of wine that we never received. We messaged the property about it on our first day and they never responded.

We will stay here again! Our suite was incredible with a lovely huge terrace complete with cushy furnishings. The communication with the team was spot on, pre arrival information, checking in with us to be sure we were comfortable, and then after check out.
