"The Hotel treats the people staying at the residences like intruders. If you want to use the facilities at the Hotel which it advertises are available to the residences, stay at the hotel. The residences are nice if you just want a place to stay but don't think of it as being at a hotel. Weekly towel changes are ALL they offer. The indoor pool is cold and the SPA if not a hot tub! It is a cold water tub with jets! The manager did apologize for the way we were treated only after looking up...

There is no iron on the upper bunk bed, the safety deposit box is scrap, the cabinets are scattered. You cannot see a relevant official at the facility. "Pessimo...struttura vecchia..ok poco male... Ma senza bidet e sopratutto molto sporco. Abbiamo dovuto richiedere la pulizia nel monolocale perché abbiamo trovato il bagno in pessime condizioni.. Tappeti luridi..macchie di cibo e altro sui mobili e servizi igienici ed un divano pieno di peli e sporcizia. Insomma stare lì dentro una vera angoscia. Ho preso un morso di ragno o zecca.. "Odebranie kluczy i obsługa bardzo dobra. Jednak były problemy ze znalezieniem parkingu na samochód. Po paru próbach został znaleziony. Pokój bardzo prosto urządzony. Problem z czystością. Nie do końca dobrze posprzątany. Sklep w kompleksie bardzo ubogi. Mało produktów. Lepiej zaopatrzony jest w kompleksie Marilleva 1400. Dojazd samochodem lub wyprawa piesza (odradzam). Z hotelu po założeniu nart można zjechać trasą (po jednej stronie hotelu - czarna trasu lub drugą stroną - trasa niebieska)...
