Very comfortable and lots of green space
This hotel is very comfortable and close to San Rafael Hospital. The bus connections to the hospital and to the metro were fine and we never had to wait more than 10 minutes. The room was clean and had lots of space. Breakfast, with an extra fee, was very good and much better than other Italian hotels that I've been too. Not much to do nearby but lots of green open space

Hotel room was a little dusty (ie. desk & phone & surfaces in the bathroom, otherwise a wonderful experience! 5-10 minute bus to the metro (which comes every 20mins), from metro it’s 20/30mins into the city centre. Beautiful greenery and fountain around the area. I felt safe, even when we were walking out in the early morning/late night.

Old hotel which would need more care and maintenance. The room had a strong bad smell and I got the impression it was not a surprise for the hotel staff. Prompt and kind the service to try to eliminate the smell which however remained. Eventually we had to sleep with the windows opened

la camera assegnata aveva problemi di manutenzione. Non funzionava il termoarredo del bagno (bagno quindi molto freddo), e l'asta della doccia era priva del fermo per alzare e abbassare il doccino. Inoltre il riscaldamento funzionava on/off e usciva dal bocchettone aria molto calda proprio sopra il letto. Non tra le esperienze migliori.

Verouderd hotel
Hotel is zeer verouderd, kamers niet goed schoongemaakt. Kamer en beddengoed was ook zeer vochtig bij aankomst laat op de avond. Badkamer verouderd en niet proper. Slecht geïsoleerde kamer. Bij het ontbijt vuile tafels en stoelen.

Avevo prenotato all’NH hotel Milano 2 ad agosto, una volta arrivato all’hotel lo ho trovato chiuso. Ho telefonato alla struttura e il personale che ha risposto in modo sgarbato e supponente mi ha detto che l’hotel in quel periodo è chiuso e che la mia prenotazione era stata spostata automaticamente al residence. Niente di questo mi era stato anticipato per mail ne telefonicamente. Ritengo quanto accaduto una grave mancanza di chiarezza e trasparenza che non mi sarei aspettata da un hotel di questo calibro.
