"A beautiful hotel! Rooms are beautifully appointed. We stayed in the heritage building and loved the combination of antique and modern styles. Felt like an oasis. The staff were friendly, welcoming and responsive to all our requests. The food was delicious and an exquisite buffet at breakfast. The dining room got a bit hectic at times in the mornings, and it sometimes felt like they were understaffed as it took a long time to get coffee. But we could see that the staff were doing the best they could under the circumstances. "

"This was our second stay at the Inbal Jerusalem. The hotel is clean, updated, well located, with parking included and the staff go out of their way to make you comfortable. Good gym and excellent pool as well. In addition, the breakfast buffet is amazing every day."
