The hotel is decent, and good location. The hotel needs to invest in proper noise reduction windows/doors. The window curtains didn’t provide adequate dark coverage. The toilet seat was broken. We were informed that housekeeping was every 2 days, and no bed was made/updated at any point. And that also meant that there was no coffee pods refills available in the room. And water, even some glasses/mugs would be nice. Not even a glass available in the bathroom. Bathroom tap water was icky. We were drinking water from a jug around the front desk, in paper cups. Who would have thought water would be an issue!

Bien sûr, voici un avis que vous pourriez laisser pour cet hôtel : Superbe hôtel, idéalement situé à deux pas de la rue Sainte-Catherine. Le personnel est vraiment agréable et sympathique, toujours prêt à rendre service. La chambre était impeccable en termes de propreté, et la vue depuis la fenêtre était absolument magnifique. Un excellent séjour, je recommande vivement cet établissement !

The staff were very courteous and friendly. They were both helpful and professional. The property itself looked in desperate need of some tlc considering the nightly rate was not cheap in relation to other hotels. My room was clean but the linens were stained. Because it was a shorter stay there was no maid service. There was only 1 working elevator for the duration of our stay. There was no parking at the hotel itself. The staff offered valet parking , but you cannot go in and out once parked. The staff directed us to additional parking, but it was not affordable. The signs at the parking garage were not clear and a 2 day stay with overnight parking cost $49. On the plus side there are many options for eateries around the hotel and within walking distance. Would I stay here again? Probably not simply because the hotel wasn't conveniently located, or worth the price that I paid.

The one elevator has been down for a very time. The girl at front counter said it might be years. The remaining elevator is tiny and very slow slow If you go anywhere in a hurry, you need to leave at least 10 minutes early. We were on the 11th floor and stairs were not an option for everyone in our party The mattresses are disgusting. The bedding is so overstretched it didn’t cover it properly.I had to keep making the bed to cover the stained mattress. Our hides bed did not have bedding on it.i had it delivered, it has rips in it, I had to make it myself, again The mattress was disgusting. Breakfast area was not stocked properly and filthy. Apple juice was water no waffle mix. The positive I can say is that the front desk staff were lovely, and the location was convenient I should say that we are not fancy people and have stayed in hotels motels and so on, I have never left a poor review.

The hotel was Ok. My stay was not as expected, but I dealt with. Staff was great, kind and very reactive. Special Thanks to the woman who called because we forgot our kid Nintendo Switch.

Average wait time for lift is 15 mns. The other one is out of order. The lift is also used by hotel workers. The blankets are torn. Cleanliss is very poor. The location is excellent.
