Cottages in Morocco

"I had the pleasure of visiting Riu Tikida Palmerai during my stay in January. The weather was perfect for sun bathing at around 20-25 degrees most days along with offering amazing facilities like football, volleyball and table tennis. The gardens in the hotel are beautiful even as someone who doesn’t appreciate scenery these were a must look. I honestly don’t understand why people complain about the food obviously it’s not restaurant level but it does the job, they rotate some food on a daily basis and you can choose from the three restaurants in the evening but you also have to try some spots outside of the hotel, as the Moroccan food cannot be missed! The only thing I could fault from the hotel is the employees seemed a bit boring not really showing much emotion but that isn’t an issue that should turn you away as the hotel offers way more than what it’s valued out and you should definitely give it a try if your visiting the beautiful country of Morocco."

"Excellent Hotel with great staff. Very close to the TI tram station. Easy route to CasaVoyageurs Station, Old Medina, Quartier Habbous, Central Market. Casa Port, Cathedral, Arab Ligue Park, and Hasan Mosque II. If you are willing to walk 15-20mins all the locations above are also walkable with many cafes and juice centers along the way. Staff is very helpful. Breakfast is absolutely wonderful with lots of options to choose from. Tram noise can be annoying at times, but not too much of a distraction. Snack store, Fresh fruit store and local cafe's within 5 min walk. Definitely would recommend this hotel if you want proximity to many attractions, good rooms, and friendly staff. "

"I booked this Riad/Hotel because of the Expedia reviews being so positive. I would have agreed with all the great reviews. Staff is very friendly and helpful with places to see and dine. They will take the time to welcome you with Moroccan Tea and treats and provide important information for your stay in Marrakech. I especially love the snack bag provided when I took excursions and my trip to airport. All staff from doormen, reception, and waiters were all pleasant and greeted you everyday. Riad was a quick walk to main square and various souks within the Medina. I would definitely recommend this hotel for quiet location that is close to everything. Thank you for a fantastic stay and making me feel very welcome."
