"Everything was good however a couple of times our room was not done despite requesting it. Also the mattress was covered in feathers under the protector. "

"Had one of the newer rooms which was nice and always beautifully clean. All the staff were friendly. Kids enjoyed the pool and slides. Couple of additions would have been great - particularly proper block out curtains. The sunrise coming in at 4:45am with small children was a bit tough and food delivery to the room as a solo parent would have been really helpful too. "

"Fantastic location with relaxing harbour views, great food and good range of meals to choose from, especially the seafood buffet Friday and Saturday nights, great value for money all round, 2 swimming pools, gym and sauna amenities. Highly recommend this to anyone wanting an affordable relaxing get away by the water."

"Hotel is located in a very convenient area, short walk to beach and main shopping mall. Also close to light rail. Our room was clean and had everything we needed. Only con was that even though the main bedroom had block out blinds the light was still very bright in the morning as light came in around the sides and top of blinds. The pool area was nice but offered no umbrellas to shade the sun lounges. You did need to be in the pool area before 9 am or you would miss out on getting a sun lounge,...

"The staff especially the NZ girl who was really great as we had issues with the cromecast on the tv . She tried for days but couldnt get it to work. She was amazing. Sad we didnt have streaming fir our entire stay. Not real pleased with that. We also had problems with our card to get in had to reboot it a few times inconvenient but staff helped."

"Great location and very clean. Only negative being that room is not serviced each day i.e replenishing milk for tea/coffee. "
