"This is my third stay at this property as a Sonesta. I stayed previously when it was a Sheraton years ago. Each time I come, I see improvements in service. I rated the staff a 4 because I left my room keys inside the room & after the door closed realized I left my jacket inside. I saw a housekeeping worker & she directed me To the worker in the hallway that did not understand or speak English. She directed me back to the original employee who then opened my room. "Had a very pleasant stay at this property. We were able to get an early check in. The location couldn’t have been more perfect. We were very close to the bus stop which made it super easy to get around without having to spend a ton on Ubers. Would stay here again!"

"Pros: Walkable to the wharf & many other places Right behind Surisan (best breakfast ever) Parking on premises Safe Clean & Nice Cons: No refrigerator Parking is Expensive! But that’s just the city for you. Had to pay $350 in for 3 nights which is just ridiculous to me. Especially considering we didn’t even use our car until we checked out again. "

"Upon arrival of the property it was OK. I found the underground parking. When checking in the lines to check in were not defined and some people just created one themselves until an employee came and addressed the issue. Getting into the room the bed cover had a black stain on it. Overall it was a nice stay. The firepits outside were a nice touch for socializing. The hotel was close enough to all the restaurants nearby all about 10minutes or less walking distance. Homeless people are everywhere so just be careful about them. We had one follow us and talking to us up to the middle of the street before the hotel and they retreated back to their place (in front of 7-eleven)"
