"The Plagoo Hotel was a terrible Bali hotel and experience. I got to the hotel at 4 in the morning (after an exhausting long flight), just to find the room in bad condition with cockroaches in the shower ( and I took a picture of this ). I did not even stay that night, I booked out and stayed at another hotel . Over the next number of days , both myself, my father and Expedia tried to get reimbursed for the booking ( 16 nights) . At the very least I should have received 14 nights cancellation...

"This villa locate is not good. If you don't take a taxi, you have to walk up the mountain for about 10 minutes and soooo dark . Also, breakfast is so horrible. i found moldy bread for every 3days. i can give max 2star property."

Breakfast buffet was small, but food was delicous. Would stay again but not for more than a couple days due to location. "
