"We booked the hotel as it was a budget choice and I had realistic expectations, the hotel lobby was really nice and modern looking ant the triple room we booked was nice and clean, the 3 members of staff we met were pleasant and also spoke great English, basically I’ve paid a lot more for a lot worse - Hotel Bilbi gets a 10 from me, a short walk down a hill with a great couple of bars on the way down, you’re in the old town within minutes. "The hotel is an absolute gem! It is in a very safe, beautiful and elegant location with a stunning view. The staff is friendly and will bend over backwards to accommodate your needs (worthy of its 5 stars). It has a refined and modern look yet offers a wealth of culture inside through its art and food. The service is superb, the food is delicious and the beds are so comfortable. Will definitely come back. "

"We enjoyed this hotel. However there is no AC in the room in h the hot July weather. The walls are thin and we could hear our neighbour’s snore! But the hotel is conveniently located and clean."

"Brilliant hotel and the reception staff are amazing especially for practicing my Spanish. The cleaners do an amazing job and the rooms are unreal. I did ask for a special request that wasn't granted but I think we got a free room upgrade which was an amazing room and a free bottle of wine with our VIP status. The restaurant wasn't great and I don't think I'll be back to the restaurant, but I will definitely stay in the hotel itself again if ever the opportunity arose for the right price."
