"The Radisson Blu Resort was a last minute booking. However, whilst the Fijian people / staff were so beautiful and friendly, there were certain aspects of the booking not to our liking and which were not made aware on their website before booking. Firstly, parts of the resort are currently under renovation which limited our experience. We were so looking forward to Teppanyaki however that restaurant is closed to mid March. It was a very friendly atmosphere as you would expect from the beautiful Fijians, but I'm not sure if we would stay there again compared to the Sheraton next door where we have stayed before."

"We checked in very late and it was after midnight. Our check-in was very quick and smooth which we appreciated after a long day. The room is spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable and sheets smelled nice with fresh laundry detergent. Everything was efficient and exceeded our expectations during our short stay. But the most pleasant surprise was that they serve very good croissants for breakfast. This hotel is much more than just a convenient airport hotel. We will definitely go back!"

"Great customer service by front desk and ground staff. Stay was great. Room has couple of cockroachs. Had bad experience with staff on roof top pool. Went to grab towels and she only gave one upon inquiring, why, she said only 1 towel per room. Had a quick look at the pool towel log and could see thatb2 towels had been issued previously. Asked front desk about this and she was great and said its per person and not per room. Felt discriminated as she didnt even give an explanation also , started talking in fijian with other staff as i inquired. "
