"The property is very expensive for the area. The service was lovely except for the last day when we needed to leave the hotel and get to the bus station to leave Hakuba. The front desk staff was unable to find a taxi to pick us up and the hotel shuttle could not be sent to the bus station for an 8 am instead of 9 am run. "Spent 4 nights and was very satisfied with my stay. The breakfast and dinners were buffet style in a large cafeteria, with a very nice selection of different options each day. The semi-enclosed hot bath (gender segregated) was nice, though the view is restricted only to the very top of the tree line.
