"The property itself was super spacious. The best part was using the whole building to our own. We didn’t get bothered from anyone, nor did we bother someone else. The Onsen was also very enjoyable. I would definitely come back here with my family again."

"I would give a 5 stars if the staff could send me the check in instruction on time and before check in time. I had to use Expedia customer service to contact the Hotel staff and get the door code. "

"This property has no staff onsite. So you have no ability to leave luggage before check in or after checkout, so you have to use the lockers at the train station. Email on entry was confusing and required a call. I observed similar struggles with other guests. Checkin is all via keypad. Room was a nice size, had a kitchen, and sitting area (cushions were stained). Location to the train station was nice, but it is not bar any hot springs or other attractions. "

Had a little hiccup when trying to find the property, but owner will provide instructions to get to the property and parking. "The hotel is unfortunately a bit tired looking, but still quite clean and pretty comfortable. There's also an onsen which is nice to use. The area is quite convenient, definitely walkable from the train station even with luggage. The staff are nice and friendly. I don't think I would have a problem using this place in the future."
