"Absolutely amazing views, and such a comfy room. We had an electric blanket and a heater. We opted for the room with the bath tub and it was so cozy!!! You have to bear in mind this budget luxury and not everything is perfect in terms of appearance but it was still such a love lovely hotel. It included a great breakfast, moped rental, laundry service and even excursion. I could not recommend this place more!!!!"

"Overall, the hotel and everything about it was excellent (to include a substantial breakfast). However, I wish I would have known that there was construction going on, on both sides of the hotel which caused early morning noise and noise throughout the day). Had I known that, I probably would have chosen a different hotel."

"The first thing I must say is that DUA and SELINA are a credit to this hotel. These ladies are warm and welcoming asset to this stay. So helpful with guidance.We don't normally eat a lot where we stay, but the food was so delicious we kept coming back. This hotel is in a perfect location for the Fansipan train. A few minutes walk and DUA can assist with tickets "

"We got here pretty late because we were coming from Hanoi but we were greeted warmly despite how late it was. The staff was extremely friendly. The breakfast we had both days were also amazing. The amenities and room was also nice with an amazing view. "
