"The hotel is actually pretty nice. Our room specifically has had what is clearly a roof leak. However, it’s clean and the staff is friendly. Free hot breakfast! I like that it’s close to so much, but the area is kind of run down, maybe not the best part of town. For the price, can’t complain!! "

"The room was nice and clean. Having the kitchen area was so helpful. The only thing I noticed was that the fan in the bathroom did not work (but wasn’t an issue). The valet service was great. Very helpful and fast, didn’t have to wait long for the car. Having my car secured and safe made it a nice night to sleep."

"First time to stay at a Virgin property....the hotel is laid out nicely...beautiful lobby and bar area...stayed in a room with 2 other women and found the layout of the bathroom area to be really nice for 3 people trying to get ready at the same time. The hotel was a little further from the main Broadway area than I had expected (about a 25 minute walk) but I would still look at staying there again..."
